Live Platform MVP · Access by Request

RiskMetrica Aspire

Aspire is RiskMetrica's live MVP platform — four standalone modules that move risk management from periodic, disaggregated and inferential to continuous, coherent and evidenced.

Each module is independently deployable and immediately useful. Together they cover the four disciplines that determine whether a risk function operates or merely reports.

Aspire is live The platform is operational and currently onboarding clients under a managed access programme. All four modules are available. Access is granted by request — use the form below to apply.
What Aspire is

The operating platform for risk management

Aspire gives the risk function four working instruments — four standalone modules, one shared foundation, and an optional executive dashboard layer. Each module addresses a specific discipline. All four draw on the same data, the same definitions, and the same evidential record.

The platform replaces the artefacts and rituals that currently consume the risk function — the periodic appetite paper, the annual RCSA workshop, the culture survey, the ICAAP cycle — with continuous, live operating disciplines that produce outputs the business can rely on and the regulator can audit.

Aspire is the MVP of the full RiskMetrica platform. It is production-grade, currently in client deployments, and available to qualified organisations by request.

Four standalone modules

RAC, RCSA Lab, Culture, and IRSA. Each independently deployable and immediately operational.

One shared foundation

RiskMetrica Core provides the shared data, models, and methodology every module draws on — eliminating the integration tax.

Optional executive layer

RiskMetrica Views adds curated Board and senior management dashboards on top of Core — available when the organisation is ready.

Four instruments

The four Aspire modules

Each module corresponds to a specific shift in the operating model. Each is independently useful. Together they cover the disciplines that decide whether the risk function operates or merely reports.

RAC Live

Risk Appetite Calculator

Moves appetite from a quarterly board-pack artefact to a live operating constraint the business actually feels. Live utilisation across credit, conduct, operational, liquidity, and reputational dimensions.

  • Live appetite utilisation across all risk dimensions
  • Early-warning bands that fire before limits, not after
  • Board-ready appetite reporting from the live record
Supersedes: the retrospective appetite paper, late breach detection, and quarterly reconciliation between front-line and group risk numbers.
RCSA Lab Live

RCSA Lab

Moves RCSA from an annual ritual to a live operating discipline the first line owns and the second line can rely on. A continuous, end-to-end map of risks, controls, and the processes they sit inside.

  • Live risk and control map by business unit
  • Continuous residual-risk heat-map
  • Audit-ready evidence packs from the live record
Supersedes: the annual RCSA workshop, the spreadsheet evidence trail, and the second-line role of data-assembler.
Culture Live

Culture

Moves risk culture from an assertion to a measured, governed dimension of the operating model. A continuous read on cultural indicators across the organisation with targeted prompts for intervention where the gap is widening.

  • Continuous cultural indicators across the organisation
  • Say–do gap view by business unit and leadership cohort
  • Targeted executive intervention prompts
Supersedes: the faith-based culture narrative, the once-a-year culture survey, and the post-event gap between what the organisation said about itself and what the regulator found.
IRSA Live

Internal Risk Solvency Assessment

Moves capital and liquidity adequacy from an annual scramble to a continuously refreshed, scenario-ready operating output. ICAAP and ILAAP from the same record the rest of the function uses, with stress scenarios on demand.

  • Continuously refreshed ICAAP and ILAAP
  • Stress scenarios run on demand with regulator-ready provenance
  • Buffer recommendations linked to scenario severity and appetite
Supersedes: the annual ICAAP/ILAAP cycle as the consuming workstream of the CFO and CRO offices, and the parallel capital spreadsheets that exist outside the rest of the risk function.
How they connect

Four modules. One coherent record.

Each module produces outputs the others use. RAC sets the live appetite constraint that RCSA Lab evaluates control coverage against and that IRSA stress-tests under scenario. RCSA Lab surfaces the control failures that feed the operational-risk components of IRSA and that show up in the cultural read where they correlate with leadership patterns.

Culture provides the leading indicator that something is wrong before the metrics catch up. IRSA closes the loop by translating the combined risk position into capital and liquidity adequacy the executive can defend.

All four draw on the same definitions, the same data, and the same evidential record — through RiskMetrica Core running in the background.

RAC ↔ RCSA Lab

RAC's live appetite metrics are the same metrics RCSA Lab evaluates control coverage against. Coverage gaps flag where appetite is at risk.

RCSA Lab ↔ Culture

Recurring control failures concentrated in one unit are a leading indicator for the cultural read. Culture often sees the leadership pattern before the control data settles.

All three → IRSA

IRSA draws its starting position from RAC's live appetite picture, RCSA Lab's residual-risk view, and Culture's leadership signal — the inputs the capital adequacy assessment needs.

The integrating layer

One foundation, behind all four

The four modules sit on a shared foundation. Core runs in the background — no interface required. Views is the optional executive add-on.

In every deployment

RiskMetrica Core

The shared data, models, and methodology every module draws on. Core runs in the background — no interface is required to operate the four standalone modules. It eliminates the integration tax by providing one set of definitions applied everywhere: one record of arrears, control failures, breaches, and capital.

  • Decisions in RAC flow through to IRSA automatically
  • Failures in RCSA Lab appear in Culture and IRSA
  • No reconciliation, no parallel spreadsheets
Optional add-on

RiskMetrica Views

An optional layer of curated executive and Board dashboards delivered on top of Core. The four modules run perfectly well without Views. Views becomes valuable when the organisation wants role-specific dashboard surfaces for senior management and the Board — drawing on the same record the modules already produce.

  • Curated cuts for Board, CFO, CRO, COO, and BU heads
  • Board pack assembled from the same record the executive uses on screen
  • Activated when the organisation chooses; modules continue regardless
